ELANY Updates Its E&S Insurers List

NY | The Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) today issued Bulletin No. 2023-10. It adds the following Lloyd’s syndicates to its list of eligible excess and surplus lines insurers, effective January 1, 2023:

  • Lloyd’s Syndicate #1322
  • Lloyd’s Syndicate #1699
  • Lloyd’s Syndicate #1985
  • Lloyd’s Syndicate #5623

The bulletin also announces that Zurich Insurance Company plc is now removed from the list.
