ELANY Updates E&S Insurers List

NY | The Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) today issued Bulletin No. 2023-15. It announces the voluntary withdrawal of Hallmark Specialty Insurance Company from the state’s list of eligible non-admitted insurers. The change is effective as of April 19, 2023.
