ELANY Offers Free Cybersecurity Awareness Training to Surplus Lines Brokers

NY | The Excess Line Association of New York today issued Bulletin No. 2023-01. It announces that ELANY will continue to offer its free cybersecurity awareness training in 2023. To be eligible, an excess line broker must have filed an insurance policy or endorsement in the jurisdiction since January 1, 2021. This program helps brokers meet their compliance requirements under 23 NYCRR Part 500.
