ELANY Adds Three Companies to Its List of E&S Insurers

NY | The Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) today issued Bulletin No. 2023-09. It announces the addition of three companies to the state’s list of eligible excess and surplus lines insurers, effective December 9, 2022:

  • Hamilton Select Insurance Company
  • Specialty Builders Insurance Company
  • Fireman’s Fund Indemnity Corporation
