CA | On September 1, 2023, California enacted Assembly Bill No. 451. It requires that examinations for an insurance license for a life agent, accident and health or sickness agent; property broker-agent; and casualty broker-agent be offered in the following languages as of January 1, 2024:
- English
- Spanish
- Simplified Chinese
- Vietnamese
- Korean
As of July 1, 2024, examinations will also be offered in Tagalog.
