CA | California Insurance Commissioner Richardo Lara today issued Bulletin 2022-15. The bulletin mandates a moratorium on cancellations and non-renewals of residential property insurance policies for policyholders impacted by the Route Fire. The moratorium took effect on November 9, 2022, and will continue for one year, unless otherwise mandated.
