CA | The California Insurance Commissioner’s Office today issued Bulletin 2023-2. It explains the new requirement for insurance companies to establish a process for timely notification to insureds of their wildfire risk and creates a right for policyholders to appeal that determination.
The new process must be in place no later than April 12, 2023.
