CA | The Officer of the Insurance Commissioner today issued a notice to education providers and other interested parties concerning a new requirement for ethics training. Providers must now include a one-hour course, Agents and Brokers Anti-Fraud Training, as part of their prelicensing and continuing education ethics curricula.
