With an impressive career spanning almost four decades, Barnes-Cook brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our insurance consulting services. Her deep understanding of insurance operations and technology, combined with her exceptional skills in digital transformation and change leadership, makes her a valuable addition to ReSource Pro.
In her new role, Barnes-Cook will be instrumental in providing advisory and consulting services to insurance carriers, MGAs, and vendors. Her responsibilities will involve identifying operational gaps and providing guidance on technology and digital platform selection that can propel businesses forward throughout the insurance value chain.
Barnes-Cook’s previous experience includes over 30 years at Liberty Mutual, where she spearheaded various digital, product, and organizational transformations. Her most recent position was as the industry GTM strategist at Ushur, an AI SaaS startup, where she played a pivotal role in driving growth and brand awareness across the P&C and life and health segments.
