Several awards have been received in the last few months for areas relating to outsourcing professionalism, digital security, and human resources.
In February, for the fifth time, the International Association of Outsourcing Professional (IAOP) named ReSource Pro to the Global Outsourcing 100 list for 2014. This prestigious listing recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers. According to Debi Hamill, IAOP CEO, “The companies named on these lists (Global Outsourcing 100 and The World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors) have demonstrated their expertise following a rigorous, independently judged process and represent the top in the industry.”
Two months earlier, ReSource Pro was one of only forty companies honored with the 2014 CSO40 Award from IDG’s CSO magazine. This highly valued award is bestowed on a select group of organizations that have demonstrated that their security projects/initiatives have created outstanding business value and thought leadership for their companies. Just recently, ReSource Pro has also been named for the fourth time to the list of Top 100 Human Resource Management (HRM) Companies operating in China. The list is compiled annually by 51job (Nasdaq: JOBS) through an independent panel of judges identifying companies that distinguish themselves based on a series of criteria that includes training, employee benefits, leadership development programs, and an outstanding dedication to making the workplace a positive and rewarding experience.

The American Society for Training & Development Association (ASTD) just announced that ReSource Pro’s “Insurance Level 1 Program Redesign” has been selected to receive an ASTD Excellence in Practice Citation in their Career Development category for this year.
ReSource Pro has won numerous awards such as these in its relatively short lifespan, having been formed by insurance professionals in 2003, including inclusion in Inc magazines 500 Fastest Growing companies for several years in a row.
