OR| Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, Division of Financial Regulation Bulletin No. DFR 2026-4 notifies all health and property and casualty insurers operating in Oregon that the Division has withdrawn several older insurance bulletins spanning 1992 through 2013. Following a review of currently active bulletins, the Division determined that these were no longer necessary for reasons including but not limited to statutory or legal changes, general advancement and changes within the industry, or a loss of relevance to the applicable line of insurance.
