FL| The Florida Surplus Lines Service Office (FSLSO) has issued a Notice identifying four surplus lines insurers currently out of compliance with Florida Statute 626.931, which governs agent affidavit and insurer reporting requirements. Continued failure to meet these statutory reporting obligations may result in loss of eligibility to transact surplus lines business in Florida, and the following insurers are now at risk of referral to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) for potential removal from the state’s eligibility list. FSLSO will be removing these carriers from its filing platform, SLIP+ on March 3, 2026 if the filing requirement is not met.
