MI| The Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services issued Bulletin 2026-02-INS on January 13, 2026 to notify health insurers of the updated annual cap on co-pay and coinsurance for orally administered antineoplastic (anti-cancer) medications, as required by MCL 500.3406ff(1)(b), explaining that the cap must be adjusted each year based on the cumulative annual change in the prescription drug index of the medical care component of the U.S. Consumer Price Index, and announcing that the state treasurer has set the calendar year 2026 adjustment amount at $254.75.
