NJ| The New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance has issued Bulletin No. 25-04 to notify health insurance carriers and related organizations that the HINT Group Enrollment/Change Request Form has been revised to collect enrollee-level data required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for the EDGE environment. Carriers must start using the updated form, available on the Department’s website, by April 1, 2025, and should direct any questions to the Office of Life and Health.
