MI| The DIFS Bulletin 2024-25-INS notifies interested parties of the availability and location of updated lists of hospitals eligible for enhanced reimbursement under Sections 3157(4)(a), 3157(5), and 3157(6) of the Insurance Code (Code), MCL 500.3157(4)(a), MCL 500.3157(5), and MCL 500.3157(6).
The List includes hospitals that have between 20% and 29.99%, and 30% or more, indigent volume, as of July 1, 2024, as reflected in the data provided to DIFS by MDHHS on November 13, 2024.
