Vermont Issues Bulletin Regarding Storm-Related Damages

VT | The Vermont Department of Financial Regulation has issued Bulletin No. 232.

On July 10 and 11, 2024, Vermont experienced torrential rains and flooding from the remnants of Hurricane Beryl. In response, Governor Scott extended Vermont’s emergency declaration due to the potential damage expected from this flood event. In light of the state of emergency and the number of Vermonters affected by the event, the Department is providing licensees with guidance.
