LA | The Louisiana Department of Insurance today issued Directive 222. It advises property and casualty insurers and producers of the ongoing round of depopulation from Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens). Producers who have policyholders eligible for the take-out program should advise them appropriately. The directive provides guidance for doing so.
