LA | The Louisiana Department of Insurance today issued Directive 221. It notifies all property and casualty insurers, including surplus lines insurers, of the recent suspension of McClenny, Moseley & Associates, PPLC (MMA) from practicing law in the state. The directive also reminds carriers of their statutory obligations when communicating with policyholders formerly represented by the firm.
