Michigan Makes Annual Maximum Benefits Payable Adjustments for Personal Protection Insurance

MI | The Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services today issued Bulletin 2023-18-INS. It announces the annual adjustment of the maximum work loss benefit and survivors’ loss benefits payable
under personal protection insurance policies. The new rate takes effect on October 1, 2023.
