ELANY Updates Its List of E&S Insurers

NY | The Excess Line Association of New York today issued Bulletin No. 2023-18. It announces the following changes to the state’s list of eligible non-admitted insurers:

Added

  • Golden Bear Insurance Company (effective 6/28/2023)
  • Berkley Prestige Insurance Company (effective 6/28/2023)
  • Lloyd’s Syndicate #1996 (effective July 1, 2023)

Name Changed

  • XL Select Insurance Company to At-Bay Specialty Insurance Company (effective 1/24/2023)
