IL | The Illinois Department of Insurance today issued Company Bulletin 2023-07. It notifies HMO issuers of changes to HMO requirements following the passage of Public Act 103-0104 on June 27, 2023. In particular, the Act addresses participating provider referral systems and policy form filing requirements.
