ME | The Maine Bureau of Insurance today issued Bulletin 466. It provides guidance to workers’ compensation insurers regarding the calculation of premiums for certain employers who benefited from the Workforce Retention and Recruitment Initiative (WRRI) offered by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services. The bulletin provides specific instructions for the following situations:

- In-force policies
- Premium audits
- Policies with completed audits
