Tennessee Declares Moratorium on Policy Cancelations/Non-Renewals in Wake of Tornados

TN | The Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance today issued Bulletin 23-01. It requests that insurance companies suspend the cancelation or non-renewal of policies for the non-payment of premiums for a period of sixty (60) days.
