NJ | The New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance today issued Bulletin No. 23-03. It explains the procedure for title search business entities to register with the Department. It also provides guidance to help individuals and businesses affected by P.L. 2020, c.125 to meet their compliance obligations.
P.L. 2020, c.125 (“Daniel’s Law”) restricts the disclosure of home addresses of active and retired law enforcement officers, judicial officers, prosecutors, and their immediate family members.
