New York Continues Minimum Standards for Form, Content, and Sale of Health Insurance

NY | The New York Department of Financial Services today announced the emergency adoption of the 61st Amendment to Regulation 62 (11 NYCRR 52). The amendment extends provisions for dealing with the ongoing COVID-19 national public health emergency through May 11, 2023.
