MD | The Maryland Insurance Administration today issued Bulletin 23-3. It reminds motor vehicle liability insurance underwriters of the state’s standards for fairness in underwriting. The Administration provides this guidance in response to an increase in thefts for certain models of Hyundai and Kia automobiles.
