ELANY Updates Eligible E&S Insurers List

NY | The Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) today issued Bulletin No. 2023-05. It removes Catlin Specialty Insurance Company from the state’s list of eligible E&S insurers, effective January 18, 2023.
