VA | The State Corporation Commission (SCC) received federal approval on May 18, 2022, to operate the Commonwealth Health Reinsurance Program (the Program) and made the required notices that same day to the Governor and the Chairs of the House Committees on Labor and Commerce and Appropriations and the Senate Committees on Commerce and Labor and Commerce and Appropriations.
