New York Issues Bulletin Regarding New California Law

NY | The Surplus Line Association of California has published a bulletin on the California Insurance Department’s guidance regarding a new law that requires licensees to include their license number on emails. The new requirements apply to both resident and nonresident surplus line brokers that are licensed in California, among other licensed producers.
