Dates to Remember

• December 19th: December EFS filing Cut-Off at 4:30 pm Central 
• January 1st: Updates in Public Act 104-0091 will take effect
• First week of January 2026: SL & FM Tax Statements Sent to Licensees by SLAI
• February 1st: SL & FM Tax Statements, and Tax Payments, are Due at the Dept of Insurance
