TX | The Texas Department of Insurance has issued Bulletin #B-0003-24.
Reporting period: January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023
The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) issues the attached special data call, which is authorized by Insurance Code Section 2210.052.
The data call is necessary to supplement TDI’s statistical information and to enable the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) to calculate participation shares for assessments, should they be required in 2024. The data may also be used in 2025 before data for 2024 is available.
Responses to the data call are due no later than May 31, 2024.
