Share

MD| Maryland Insurance Administration Bulletin 26-5, dated January 29, 2026, notifies all health carriers that the temporary waiver requiring them to lift time restrictions on prescription medication refills and pay for at least a 30-day supply of prescriptions—activated under Bulletin 26-4 during the January 23, 2026 State of Emergency—has ended because the State of Emergency was lifted on January 29, 2026, and those waiver requirements are no longer in effect.
