SD | The South Dakota Department of Labor & Regulation today issued Bulletin 24-01.

The South Dakota Division of Insurance has established the following submission deadlines for all On and Off-Exchange Individual and Small Group ACA-compliant health insurance plans:

• May 1, 2024 – Network Adequacy Template (individual market only);
• May 30, 2024 – all other required submissions.
