PA| The Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner has issued an updated Export List in 55 Pa.B. 2697 , effective April 4, 2025, identifying specific insurance coverages deemed generally unavailable in the authorized market and thus eligible for placement in the surplus lines market without a prior diligent search among admitted insurers. The list includes various specialized or high-risk coverages. It also encompasses risks tied to hazardous activities like demolition contracting, fireworks manufacturing, and crop dusting.
This update supersedes the previous list published in July 2023 and will remain effective until replaced by a subsequent publication.
