ND| North Dakota Bulletin 2026-1 requires all insurers with dental business in the individual, small group, or large group markets to submit annual dental loss ratio data via SERFF by April 30, starting with 2024 and 2025 experience for the 2026 reporting year, using separate Excel spreadsheets by market that include specified fields (Year, Plan, Policyholders, Member Months, DLR Numerator, DLR Denominator, Dental Loss Ratio) plus total aggregate expenses, with filings not meeting these content and format standards deemed noncompliant; the data will be used to inform potential legislative amendments to the state’s dental loss ratio requirements before their July 1, 2027 effective date and the bulletin remains in effect until rescinded.
