NJ | The New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance has issued Bulletin No. 24-12.
The purpose of this Bulletin is to advise carriers that the Department is extending the EZ Enroll SEP through October 31, 2024, to provide an opportunity to enroll in coverage. Residents who enroll in coverage during this SEP will have coverage for the remainder of 2024.
