MI| Michigan DIFS Bulletin 2026-07-CF, issued January 26, 2026, supersedes Bulletin 2021-02-CF and announces the new CPI-adjusted fee that licensees may charge for administration of repayment plans under Section 35(2)(c) of the Deferred Presentment Service Transactions Act, MCL 487.2155(2)(c). After reviewing the cumulative percentage change in the Detroit CPI for the five-year period ending December 31, 2025, the Director set the repayment plan administration fee for calendar years 2026 through 2030 at $23.38. The bulletin also confirms that the applicable fee for calendar years 2021 through 2025 was $18.69.
