Massachusetts Issues Bulletin Regarding Step Therapy Protocols

MA | The Massachusetts Division of Insurance has issued Bulletin 2024-03.

The purpose of this Bulletin is to inform insured health carriers regarding the requirements of Chapter 254 of the Acts of 2022 (“Chapter 254”), which amended Massachusetts laws to add M.G.L. c. 176O, §12A.
