Maryland Issues Bulletin Regarding Cancellation of Insurance Policies Due to Non-Payment of Premium

MD | The Maryland Insurance Administration has issued Bulletin 24-9.

In lieu of the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse, the Insurance Administration is encouraging all carriers doing business in the state of Maryland to make reasonable accommodations so that individuals and businesses impacted by reduced operations of the Port of Baltimore do not lose coverage due to non-payment of premium.
