LA | The Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) has rescinded Bulletin 2018-02 as Regulation 117 establishes the same guidance as Bulletin 2018-02.
Bulletin 2018-02 was originally issued to inform risk-bearing entities of their obligation to maintain and annually certify the accuracy of mandated contacts for that entity per Act 10 of 2018.
