Louisiana Issues Notice of Intent to Repeal Regulation 18

LA | The Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) is in the process of repealing Regulation 18 – Non-Profit Funeral Service Associations, Reinstatement of Lapsed Policies. The Department of Insurance is repealing Regulation 18 because La. R.S. 22:196 now provides current guidance regarding lapsed policies.
