MD| Bulletin 25-14, issued the Maryland insurance Administration, notifies all property and casualty insurers writing homeowners and medical liability policies in Maryland that the Office of the Attorney General’s Peoples Insurance Counsel Division (PICD) is now granted access to Insurance Commissioner records, including rate filings and supplementary rate information, through the NAIC System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF) system.
