DE | The Delaware Department of Insurance has revised Bulletin No. 84. The purpose of this revised Bulletin is to inform carriers that the Property and Casualty Insurance Carrier Survey form has been revised. The new form should be utilized for all future submissions and can be accessed here.
The survey must be completed and returned by February 1st, annually.
