DE | The Delaware Department of Insurance today issued Domestic and Foreign Insurers Bulletin No. 142 (also known as Producers and Adjusters Bulletin No. 36). It announces the adoption of the NAIC Model Pet Insurance Act. The bulletin outlines key provisions of the Act and producer training requirements.

Insurers have until December 1, 2023, to refile any currently-approved pet insurance policy forms to bring them into compliance with the new regulation.
