CO | The Division would like to provide notice that the Commissioner has adopted the following regulations:

• Amended Regulation 4-2-81 Concerning Colorado Option Standardized Health Benefit Plans

This regulation will become effective on June 15, 2024.

• Amended Regulation 4-2-85 Concerning the Methodology for Calculating Premium Rate Reductions for Colorado Option Standardized Health Benefit Plans

This regulation will become effective on June 15, 2024.

• Amended Regulation 4-2-60 Concerning Network Adequacy Filings for Short-Term Limited Duration Health Insurance Policies, Non-Affordable Care Act Medical Plans, Dental Plans, Vision Plans, Pharmacy Plans, and any other Managed Care Health Coverage Plans

This regulation will become effective on June 14, 2024.
