CA | The California Department of Insurance has issued a Notice concerning corporate applications and similar filings requesting approval by year-end 2024.
Applicants seeking expedited review of corporate applications for completion by year-end 2024 must submit the applications no later than September 16, 2024, or, in the case of a Holding Company Act application, no later than October 14, 2024. Only perfected applications will be considered eligible for expedited review.
