NC| North Carolina DOI Bulletin 26-B-06 advises all property and casualty insurers writing nonfleet private passenger physical damage and homeowners (HO-2, HO-3, HO-5, HE-7, HO-8) in the state of a semi-annual Consent to Rate data call for policies issued between July 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, under G.S. 58-36-30(e). Only companies that actually issued Consent to Rate policies for these coverages during this period must report, and their submission is due by April 13, 2026. Insurers with no such Consent to Rate business for the period are not required to respond. Instructions and the required Excel template (XXXXX_2025_2_CTR_58-36-30(e).xlsx) are available on the Departments data calls webpage, and the file may only be altered to add data.
