NC| North Carolina Bulletin 26-B-05 notifies all property and casualty insurers writing homeowners coverage in the state of the annual data reporting requirements under G.S. 58-36-30(b2) for residential real property with no more than four housing units. Insurers that have homeowners data to report must submit all homeowners policy data, including consent to rate information, for forms HO-2, HO-3, HO-5, HO-7, and HO-8 using the prescribed Excel file (XXXXX_2025_CTR_58-36-30(b2).xlsx), which may not be modified except for inputting data. The completed data call must be submitted to the North Carolina Department of Insurance by April 10, 2026, and detailed instructions and forms are available on the Departments website.
