Arkansas Rescinds Bulletins 9-85 and 9-85A as of Plan Year 2026

AR | The Arkansas Insurance Department has issued Bulletin No. 6-2024.

Bulletins 9-85 and 9-85A shall expire as of Plan Year 2026, unless superseded earlier by legislation. Carriers will not be required to file attestations certifying compliance with Bulletin 9-85 when filing rate information in 2025 for PY2026.
