AR| The Arkansas Insurance Department Bulletin 1-2026 directs all licensed healthcare insurers that offer primary care benefits to submit primary care and medical spending data, using the Arkansas Primary Care Payment Improvement Data Collection Template and Manual, as required by Act 483 of 2025, so that the Arkansas Primary Care Payment Improvement Working Group can analyze spending on primary care and report findings and recommended spending targets to the Legislature by April 1, 2026, with complete insurer data due by February 6, 2026.
